De Rusha’s eclectic background includes positions in broadcast television and film; former CEO of Dr. Joyce Brothers’ Media Group; COO of DCM Capital Management; Practice Director at Cap Gemini Consulting and Manager of Consulting Symantec Corp. His clients have included Nike, Transamerica, Northwestern Mutual Life, and many others. He has facilitated creativity and innovation workshops for Cap Gemini, Microsoft, and Symantec, to name a few. He has also coached senior level management in setting up creativity consultancies.

Known for his lectures and seminars throughout the country on the interrelationship between intuition and business decision making, awareness, and creativity—he presents practical ways to reignite intuition and use it in all areas of life. De Rusha has presented to diverse audiences, including: human potential conventions, corporation events, clubs and public seminars.
